I really don’t understand the appeal of Amber. I think Luigi and Pavi should have got more screen time.

Agreed in a sense. Despite the Largo siblings being the comic relief characters and somewhat bumbling antagonists aside from Rotti (and somewhat Nathan) in the movie, it would have been nice to learn more about them. However, given the role that their characters play it is understandable we don’t see them much. The only reason why Amber got more screen time than her brothers is because she is related to a more prominent character, The Graverobber. Or maybe they wanted to get their money’s worth for having Paris Hilton around? I hope that if ever there is a Repo! sequel/prequel we get more scenes with the Largo siblings to flesh out their characters. Especially Luigi.
